Community Employment

.

PARC Supported Employment Program provides opportunities for individuals with moderate to severe disabilities to gain and maintain competitive jobs in the community. Community Employment personnel are out in the job market networking with employers and discovering suitable job opportunities. Once a suitable job match is found, our goal is to provide close supervision and support to ensure that the individual is able to perform the job and makes a smooth transition to independence and self-sufficiency in the working world. Community Employment personnel provide support and follow along services needed to ensure that the individual is able to maintain employment in the community.

PARC Supported Employment Program is CARF accredited to provide Community Employment: Job Development and Job Supports. PARC Supported Employment Program is located at 114 N. Union Street, Suite B Petersburg, Virginia.
