Progressive Adult Rehabilitation Center, Inc. offers residential services to address a wide range of residential needs. Residential programs are licensed by The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.

 

Osage House is a co-ed group home that provides support for adults with intellectual disabilities.  The home provides an accessible environment for individuals who may require accessible accommodations due to meet their physical needs.  The home provides opportunities for each individual to engage in activities of their choice in the community, demonstrate autonomy, and build skills.

Wagner House is a 3 bedroom, residential home for men with intellectual disabilities.   Wagner House operates on the principle of “A Life like Yours”.  Individuals living in Wagner House have opportunities to engage in social, recreational activities in the community, build life skills, and demonstrate autonomy in their daily choices.

Julep House is a 3 bedroom, residential home for women with intellectual disabilities. Julep House operates on the principle of “A Life like Yours”.  Individuals living in Julep House have opportunities to engage in social, recreational activities in the community, build life skills, and demonstrate autonomy in their daily choices.

Wagner House

Wagner House is a 3 bedroom, 24-hour residential home which is designed to provide services to persons with intellectual disabilities.  Wagner House operates on the principle of “A Life Like Yours”.  The individuals living in this home have opportunities to engage in social, recreational activities in the community, shopping, life skills, meal preparation, and planning their own community activities.


 

Providing a Good Life Means helping individuals with intellectual disabilities accomplish their dreams, hopes, happiness, being safe, working, having friends, having money, and family contacts.

CORE PRINCIPLES OF WAGNER HOUSE

Wagner House is licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and meets all of the Home and Community Based Setting Regulations for group home settings.
